Our excellent, dependable and thorough Pool Services includes:

SPARKLING CLEAN WEEKLY POOL AND SPA SERVICE (includes all services below) $235.00 per month*

1. Emptying all baskets
2. Cleaning Tile
3. Skimming the pool and spa by net
4. Checking the operation of all equipment
5. Vacuuming and back washing pool and spa
6. Testing and balancing chemical levels in pool and spa
7. Brushing the sides and steps of the pool, cleaning sides and steps/seats of Spa
8. Blowing off pool deck when needed
9. Check and maintain water level
10. Sending you and/or your Property Manager a weekly email including a checklist of what services were performed along with a picture of your pool during our service visit.
